What We Do

Hearts for Homeless believes that communities in the Bay Area prosper when every member of the community has their housing needs met. We aim to assist and empower those experiencing homelessness by providing them with access to the integrated services & resources they need to navigate their way home.

Mental and Emotional Support Advocate (MESA)

The MESA program aims to connect homeless clients to a Mental & Emotional Support Advocate(MESA). The MESA Program is a unique partnership between advocate & client, which provides a more personalized services that specifically caters to the needs of each person.

Connect with Your Soul workshop
