Entertainment, Dinner & Bingo evenings

A special evening was held once a month. At our gatherings, we provided an evening of food, fellowship, bingo and fun for about 75 to 100 un-housed guests from our surrounding community. Vans donated by churches were used to pick up guests from shelters & the street. Dinner followed by entertainment, clothing giveaways, haircuts, health care education, health services including blood pressure readings and flu shots were provided. We ended our night with some fun games of bingo with raffle prizes.

The Hearts for Homeless Bicycle Program collected unwanted bikes, fixed up the bikes and then matched the bikes with people in need in order to help them with transportation. We provided them with a bike, bike lock, helmet and lights for their restored bike.
